For orders placed before 12:00 pm on weekdays, same-day delivery is available. Please note that weekend and public holiday deliveries may be limited and could incur extra charges.

Delivery fees will be calculated during the checkout process.

We are not liable for non-delivery if incorrect delivery information is provided.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient is available to receive deliveries at a secure location (such as apartments and units). Alternatively, Herbivore will contact the recipient to arrange a suitable delivery time.

If the recipient is not present at an unsecured delivery address, we will make an effort to leave the flowers in a safe spot when possible.

Any unsuccessful delivery attempts will result in the goods being returned to Herbivore, which will incur additional costs for the purchaser. The purchaser can either retrieve the goods from Herbivore or request redelivery, noting that redelivery will involve an extra delivery fee.
